Frequently asked questions
Understand how AI employees work, what they cost, who owns the data, and where automation stops before you start.
What is Firma?
Firma is an AI office for small business owners and solo founders. AI employees prepare content, customer replies, quotes, and reports as trackable tasks. You control the direction, budget, and approvals.
How is it different from an ordinary AI chat app?
Firma coordinates work across employees with roles, tasks, budgets, and a Company Book. External actions follow policies, autonomy settings, and connection permissions; high-risk decisions stay with the owner.
What kinds of business is it for?
Small and medium businesses that need content, customer service, and routine admin: food, retail, services, training, agencies, and creators. There are team packs tailored to each kind of business.
Is Firma available in English?
Yes. The app is available in Indonesian and English, and employees write in the language you choose for your company.
How much does it cost?
There is a Free plan to start at no cost, then paid monthly or yearly plans as your business grows. Paid plans include monthly AI credit; the details are in the Pricing section.
What if I need more AI employees?
Move to a bigger plan any time from the Plan page. The AI employee limit counts all your companies, so you simply pick a plan that fits the whole team.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. A yearly plan is paid once for twelve months and costs less than paying monthly; at current prices it saves about two to three months.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your plan keeps running until the end of the paid period, plus a 7-day grace period. After that the account drops to the Free plan limits. Nothing is deleted.
Can an AI employee post to Instagram or reply on WhatsApp for real?
Yes, once you connect the account and turn it on yourself. Until then, everything runs in a clearly labelled simulation mode.
What if an employee makes a mistake?
Start in simulation and review results before activating a connection. Request revisions or give a reason for rejection so the team can learn. Financial transactions, irreversible actions, and legal commitments remain the owner’s decision.
